|Carlos Augusto Machado Brandão is the Managing Director and a member of the IG4 Capital Operations team. Brandão has had a career with tenures in different sectors, such as utilities (generation, transmission, and distribution), retail, and telecom – always performing in key and strategic roles.In his latest professional endeavor, he has performed as the CFO at Oi, where he would be the leader of the restructuring process of the company’s debt, in the largest and most complex restructuring of multi-border debt in Latin America until then. The results of that project involved a new balance of the corporate capital structure, the implementation of a capital increase and of new governance through a dispersed base of shareholders from the conversion of debt into shares, and of an independent, professional board, besides the buildup of a new strategic plan and the disposal of problematic assets in Angola. He has also been a member of the Management Committee, the Risk Committee, the Costs Committee and the Quality Committee of the Company. Between 2015 and 2016, he was also in charge of managing the international asset portfolio of the operator, whilst interfacing with shareholders and stakeholders from different countries in Africa and Asia. And, during 2011-14, he was Oi’s strategy director, where he devised the strategy of performance in the spectrum auctions and was in charge of designing the business strategy of the company.
With diverse experience in complex M&A transactions, debt and operational restructuring, and building corporate strategy, Brandão has also performed in projects of that nature during his tenure at the Energisa Group, Furnas, and Sendas.
Brandao holds a degree in administration from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, a Specialization in statistics, also from UFJF, and a Master’s degree in administration with emphasis in corporate finance from the IBMEC.

|Felipe Rath Fingerl has been performing for over 10 years in different segments of the financial and capital markets. A founding partner of IG4 Capital, he served as the director of investments in Private Equity of the holding for the past 2 years, in charge of transactions involving turnaround and special opportunities in various sectors of the Brazilian economy, including the corporate and financial restructuring operation which has originated Iguá Saneamento. Between 2012 and 2016, in the infrastructure area of GP Investimentos, he conducted projects and analyses of investments in the sectors of sanitation, airports, urban mobility, energy, and telecom. He was also a member of the Investment Banking teams of J.P. Morgan and Modal banks between 2009 and 2012, whilst performing in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets for the entire Latin America, based in São Paulo and in New York. He holds a degree in economic sciences from the PUC-Rio.|

|Péricles Sócrates Weber has been performing in the sanitation sector for over 30 years. He held the directorate of the Environment and Social Initiative at the Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná – Sanepar. For Sanepar as well, he has served as the manager of operations of water and sewage systems, as the manager for the environment and quality, and as the engineer for bioenergy research. Former fellow of the British Council – United Kingdom, of the NUFFIC – The Netherlands, and of the Fulbright Commission – The United States.|
|Talita Caliman has had a solid career in strategic regulatory affairs. She joined Telefônica in 2006, as a regulation analyst with a focus on economic and financial themes. In 2007, she was transferred, already as a consultant, to the area of Strategic Planning where, in addition to the Regulatory Strategy, she performed with other strategic themes, such as M&A. In 2009, she took over the Management of Planning in the Directorate of Regulatory Strategy, under the challenge of handling structuring themes of the sector, as well as the incorporations of Vivo and GVT into the Group. In January 2016, she took over the Directorate of Regulatory Strategy, whilst being in charge of the negotiation the Terms of Conduct Adjustment with the Anatel, as well as the Review of the Regulatory Model with the Agency and the Ministry. She joined Iguá as the Executive Director of Regulatory and Institutional Affairs in April, 2020. She graduated in Public Administration at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EAESP), in 2005. Before her tenure at Telefonica | Vivo, she performed as a financial risk advisor and at Endeavor, where she started her career in the search and selection of entrepreneurs.|

|André served for 16 years at BNDES, particularly in the capital market area. He engaged in several investment, divestment, corporate and financial restructuring transactions and business combinations (M&A) of BNDESPAR’s investee companies. He was also appointed as BNDES representative to board of directors and fiscal councils of some of these companies. In recent years, he has focused on increasing infrastructure financeability through the capital market, especially by using green securities and thematic funds, such as the Sustainable Energy Fund created in 2017. André is a founder and member of the Brazil Green Finance Initiative (BGFI) and has been working together with the Climate Bonds Initiative (CBI) to develop potential sustainable investments in Brazil. In this sense, he was responsible for preparing the “Destravando o Potencial de Investimentos Verdes para Agricultura no Brasil” (Unlocking Brazil’s Green Investment Potential for Agriculture) report. André also works for various forums aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainable finance, such as the Financial Innovation Laboratory, an initiative coordinated by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Brazilian Development Association (ABDE). André played a prominent role in BNDES Garagem, an initiative to foster entrepreneurship and start-up acceleration, and has ever since been working as a mentor and angel investor at start-up companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Production Engineering and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). He also holds CGA and CP3P-F certifications from ANBIMA and APMG, respectively.Mr. André Salcedo declared, for all legal purposes, that over the past five years, he has not been subject to any criminal conviction, any conviction in a CVM administrative proceeding or any penalties applied, or any final and unappealable conviction in the judicial or administrative sphere that has suspended or disqualified him from engaging in any professional or commercial activity, being therefore duly able to perform his professional activities. Additionally, Mr. André Salcedo declared that he is not a politically exposed person under the terms of the legislation in force.|
