Mr. René Pinto da Silva is an aeronautical mechanical engineer, graduated from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in 1995, with an MBA in Business Logistics from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in 2003, specializing in Management, Leadership, and Finance from Harvard University, and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served as Executive Director of Operations at Iguá Saneamento from June to August 2025, at CART – Concessionária Auto Raposo Tavares as CEO from June 2020 to July 2025, and as Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Hidrovias do Brasil S.A. from April 2013 to May 2020.
Mr. João Lopes is an administrator who graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2003 and holds a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in 2009. He served as CFO at Melhoramentos from November 2023 to April 2025, was Manager of Financial Structuring and Investor Relations and Director of Structured Finance and Investor Relations at Iguá Saneamento from April 2019 to October 2023, in addition to his 14 years in finance at Banco Santander.
Executive with over 15 years of experience in leading companies in the infrastructure and oil and gas sectors. Since 2024, he has been General Director of Iguá Saneamento in Rio de Janeiro. Prior to that, he was CEO and CFO of SuperVia, leading the company’s financial and operational restructuring. He also served as Director of Concessionária ViaRio (2018–2023) and held leadership positions at MetrôRio and Energia Sustentável do Brasil. He holds a degree in Business Administration from UERJ, an MBA in Finance from UFF, and complementary training in Accounting from Estácio.

Environmental Engineer with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He has extensive experience in operational management in the sanitation sector. Since 2021, he has served as Chief Operating Officer at Iguá Rio de Janeiro, after holding leadership positions in the operational departments of Tubarão Saneamento and Paranaguá Saneamento between 2012 and 2020.
Civil Engineer graduated from the University of Southern Santa Catarina, with an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He serves as Director responsible for engineering management (CAPEX) of the 10 operations of the Iguá Saneamento group, present in six Brazilian states — Alagoas, Mato Grosso, São Paulo, Paraná, Sergipe, and Rio de Janeiro, comprising seven concessions and three public-private partnerships (PPPs).
