Mr. René Pinto da Silva is an aeronautical mechanical engineer, graduated from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in 1995, with an MBA in Business Logistics from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in 2003, specializing in Management, Leadership, and Finance from Harvard University, and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served as Executive Director of Operations at Iguá Saneamento from June to August 2025, at CART – Concessionária Auto Raposo Tavares as CEO from June 2020 to July 2025, and as Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Hidrovias do Brasil S.A. from April 2013 to May 2020.

João Luiz Lopes has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. He has served as CFO of Iguá Saneamento since May 2025 and, in a previous role at the company, as Director of Structured Finance and Investor Relations. He also served as CFO of Companhia Melhoramentos and was part of Banco Santander’s treasury team for 14 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).

She served as Director of Engineering at Aegea Saneamento from July to November 2025. From December 2024 to July 2025, she was Director of Engineering and Construction at Comgás. At SABESP, she served as Director of Engineering and Innovation from February 2023 to October 2024. Previously, she was Director of Sustainability and Engineering at Iguá.

Luis Guilherme Bruno da Silveira Bizelli General Director

Currently serves as General Director of Concessions at Iguá Saneamento, responsible for the operations of Sanessol, Esap, Águas Andradina, and Águas Castilho. Previously served as Administrative and Financial Director and Manager in various regions of São Paulo, coordinating finance, accounting, HR, purchasing, and IT teams, in addition to managing relations with public agencies, customers, and unions.
