Mr. René Pinto da Silva is an aeronautical mechanical engineer, graduated from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in 1995, with an MBA in Business Logistics from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in 2003, specializing in Management, Leadership, and Finance from Harvard University, and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served as Executive Director of Operations at Iguá Saneamento from June to August 2025, at CART – Concessionária Auto Raposo Tavares as CEO from June 2020 to July 2025, and as Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Hidrovias do Brasil S.A. from April 2013 to May 2020.
João Luiz Lopes has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. He has served as CFO of Iguá Saneamento since May 2025 and, in a previous role at the company, as Director of Structured Finance and Investor Relations. He also served as CFO of Companhia Melhoramentos and was part of Banco Santander’s treasury team for 14 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
Mrs. Paula Violante holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar, a master’s degree in Hydraulics and Sanitation from USP, and an MBA in Business Development from Fundação Dom Cabral, with over 20 years of experience in the sanitation industry. She served as Director of Engineering at Aegea Saneamento from July to November 2025. From December 2024 to July 2025, she was Director of Engineering and Construction at Comgás. At SABESP, she served as Director of Engineering and Innovation from February 2023 to October 2024. Previously, she was Director of Sustainability and Engineering at Iguá
Civil Engineering, with MBAs in Goods and Services Production Management (UFPE) and Sanitation (FGV). Since December 2024, he has served as General Director at Iguá Sergipe. He has extensive experience in the sector, having served as Director of Operations and Executive at Aegea Saneamento, leading PPP and concession projects in several states.
Civil Engineer graduated from the University of Southern Santa Catarina, with an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He serves as Director responsible for engineering management (CAPEX) of the 10 operations of the Iguá Saneamento group, present in six Brazilian states — Alagoas, Mato Grosso, São Paulo, Paraná, Sergipe, and Rio de Janeiro, comprising seven concessions and three public-private partnerships (PPPs).
Sanitary and Environmental Engineer graduated with distinction from UFSC, with a Master’s degree from ENSCR (France) and an MBA in Projects from USP/ESALQ, currently pursuing an MBA at FGV. He has been working for over 8 years in operational management of water and sewage systems, leading concessions and initiatives focused on efficiency, service quality, and environmental sustainability.
