Mr. René Pinto da Silva is an aeronautical mechanical engineer, graduated from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in 1995, with an MBA in Business Logistics from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in 2003, specializing in Management, Leadership, and Finance from Harvard University, and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served as Executive Director of Operations at Iguá Saneamento from June to August 2025, at CART – Concessionária Auto Raposo Tavares as CEO from June 2020 to July 2025, and as Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Hidrovias do Brasil S.A. from April 2013 to May 2020.

Mrs. Paula Violante holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar, a master’s degree in Hydraulics and Sanitation from USP, and an MBA in Business Development from Fundação Dom Cabral, with over 20 years of experience in the sanitation industry. She served as Director of Engineering at Aegea Saneamento from July to November 2025. From December 2024 to July 2025, she was Director of Engineering and Construction at Comgás. At SABESP, she served as Director of Engineering and Innovation from February 2023 to October 2024. Previously, she was Director of Sustainability and Engineering at Iguá.

Luis Guilherme Bruno da Silveira Bizelli General Director
